Who can be considered for PEAKS?
Students may be considered through spring assessment data and/or teacher or parent nomination.
Is there one test score required for admission?
No. Kentwood Public Schools uses multiple measures and a lottery-based process to support fairness and access.
Can families nominate their child?
Yes. Parent nomination is one way students may be considered for the PEAKS lottery pool.
Can a sibling attend the same school as the PEAKS Student?
Yes. Families are asked to inform the Instruction Office during the PEAKS acceptance process.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, transportation is available for students living within the district.
What grade levels are served?
PEAKS serves students in grades 3–8.
