BRIGHT BEGINNINGS PROGRAM

Bright Beginnings 

The Kent Intermediate School District Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Program is a partnership between Kent ISD and Kentwood Public Schools.  It provides services to families with children birth to kindergarten entry throughout Kent County.

The Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Program includes the following services:

  • Personal Home Visits with Parents As Teachers curriculum
  • Playgroups/Parent Meetings
  • Developmental Screening
  • Resource Network
Three areas of emphasis:
 
  • Parent-Child interaction
  • Development-centered parenting
  • Family well-being
