Welcome toMeadowlawn Elementary

Excellence and Equity in Education

Dear Meadowlawn Scholars and Families,

We are  thrilled to begin this new school year and extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you. Meadowlawn Elementary is deeply committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment that encourages academic excellence and meaningful relationships. Our school community is built on a foundation of Falcon P.R.I.D.E. (problem solving, respect, integrity, demonstrating responsibility, and expecting success)  and we believe these tenants are essential for a fulfilling educational experience where all scholars feel a deep sense of belonging.

First and foremost, the safety and well-being of our scholars are paramount. We strive to create an atmosphere where students feel comfortable, valued, and free to express themselves.  Additionally, strong relationships and rigorous, engaging lessons where scholars can see themselves in their learning are always at the forefront of our minds. We believe in the power of connections between scholars, families, teachers, and staff. Our doors are open to you; it’s collaboration and open communication that help us to create a united front in nurturing the potential of our young learners.

I am truly excited about the possibilities this school year holds. Together we will create an environment where safety is a priority and relationships are cherished. Let us work hand in hand to ensure that every student who walks through our doors experiences a fulfilling and empowering journey at Meadowlawn Elementary.

Thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. We are looking forward to a fantastic school year ahead!

Warm regards,

Julie Schrot, Principal
