Students and Parents,
On this page you will find a variety of information and resources that will help you as you plan for life after high school.  Some of these materials have been produced by our own Kentwood Public Schools staff; however, some are links to other organizations and their websites.  Kentwood Public Schools does not have control over the content on those sites but as of the date we put them on our webpage, we believe they contain useful information for our students.  As always, please contact the Guidance Department if you have questions.

Reeta Chandler is our College Adviser through AdviseMIAdviseMI is an AmeriCorps program hosted by the Michigan College Access Network established in 2015. AdviseMI places recent graduates (bachelor's degree or higher) in selected high schools across Michigan. Serving alongside high school counselors and other school professionals, advisers support students as they make the transition from high school to postsecondary education.  Advisers help students navigate the complex college exploration process, retake college admissions tests, apply to colleges that are a good match, complete the FAFSA, secure financial aid, and matriculate to college.

Students can make an appointment with Ms. Chandler by emailing her at [email protected] or calling 616-698-6700 ext. 42260.
