The Guidance Department processes nearly 1000 college applications throughout the year. Each application requires a transcript so it is important that the process be followed in a timely fashion. The process is as follows:

• All transcript requests will go through Karen Stephan who is located in the guidance department in the 10-12 building. She can be reached at (616) 698-6700 ext.42206. Karen is also the person who receives all college applications and the transcripts get sent with the applications through our office.
  
• There will not be a charge for the first transcript that is requested from current high school students. Each additional request will cost $4.00 per transcript. This can be by cash, check or money order. Please make your check/money order out to EKHS Guidance Department.
  
• There will be a $4.00 charge for each transcript requested by graduates.
  
• Please allow at least 1 week if you are planning to pick up your transcript.
