Sabrina Beslagic
Welcome to my Math corner.
My name is Sabrina Beslagic and I am a math teacher at Crossroads Alternative
High School. I am teaching Algebra 1 A, Algebra 1 B, Algebra 2 A and Algebra 2 B classes as well as assisting our on-line e2020 students.
I have Masters in General Education received in August 2006 and Secondary Teacher Certification awarded in May 2004 both from Grand Valley State University. Prior to coming to Crossroads, I had been teaching at Grand Rapids Public Schools, New Century Montessori High School, for almost two years and prior to that I had been working at Kentwood Public Schools for 7 years as an ESL Paraprofessional. My teaching experience began in 1993 as a math teacher at one of the high schools in Bosnia, the country where I originate from.
I love teaching and I am very proud of every student who learns math and understands how to apply this difficult subject in his/her life. As a mother of two boys, I know how hard is to provide good education and raise our children today. My promise to each of my students’ parents is to do my best to give their children education that I would want my own to get.
Please take some time to check our on-line textbook and other useful mathematics sites such as those below. Enjoy!
