A student’s EDP is a viable tool for working through the career development process; a process that will be of immense value each time a job change is required or desired.

Students use CareerCruising.com to take an interest survey, explore careers, and complete or update their personal EDP each year. By the time they graduate students set goals, save careers and colleges of interest, enter high school courses and create a post-secondary plan. A student can also search for scholarships, document achievements and experiences, create a resume´ and store documents in an electronic portfolio.
