Senior All-Night Party
Minutes for November 13, 2007

Meeting was called to order at 6:40pm. Minutes were reviewed and approved. Discussed that we did not have a December meeting.

Treasurer’s Report

Ed Kape reported that we earned $185 from Manelli's for a fundraiser. Recommended another after the Holidays. Student Council still needs to pay us from the dance. 8 students are registered and 3 more received tonight. (Note: Sue Galster gets the registration VOLUNTEER SHEETS and Cathy Terpstra is collecting the PHOTOS)

Committee Reports

Games: Nothing to report.

Bingo: Nothing to report.

Food: Nothing to report.

Prizes: Nothing to report.

Entertainment: Kramer Entertainment ($6,700 contract signed last year), DJ (Brian Lancioni).

Bag Check: Nothing to report.

Volunteers: Nothing to report.

Tee shirts: Nothing to report.

Horse Racing: Nothing to report.

Decorations: Music Through the Decades.

Other: Diane Mallehan will now be doing prizes. Kathy Roos is in charge of Publicity. No meeting in December 2007. Spring Break is scheduled for April 7-11, 2008. Minutes will be available on line (through Shane) and may be accessed through the Kentwood Public Schools website, EKHS, then LINKS, then under BOOSTERS.
