Kentwood Aquatics Center - Diving Lessons

This class will cover:

• Approach
• Dive Positions
• Flexibility
• Strength and Conditioning Training
• Basic Dives
• Proper Form
• Fulcrum Positioning

The diving classes will run for 10 weeks. All participants should know how to swim independently. Resident price $60, non resident price $75.

April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
May 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
